The Country Wedding Day of Jessica and Jonathan at Browsholme Hall & Tithe Barn

This was such a great wedding to work on so may gorgeous details that came together so perfectly on Saturday despite the weather doing what it does best in March, they do call it 'Showers of Blessings' and it's considered to be a very lucky sign, anyway it seemed that no-one really noticed and without exception a wonderful and magical time was had by all!!!
Needless to say days as good as this do take a huge amount of planning and preparation and these two along with some world class parental support had put their all into it.
They'd also tasked a fab team of wedding professionals to support them so we had the huge pleasure of working with Rebecca, Josh and the team at Browsholme Hall & Tithe Barn, Twelve Event Management, Kelly Cotter Photography,  Paul Thornton GuitaristThe Beat Factor & Catherine from The Wedding Cake Company

I first met up with Jess & Jonathan last September and we made plans for them to come back in November with their Mood Board and a brief, both were just brilliant and we all got very excited for their subsequent Sample design appointment..

The overall look was to be relaxed, country gathered, romantic and textured, I made a whimsical sample wedding bouquet featuring lots of luscious foliages, Game Bird Feathers, Succulents and Roses in direct contrast with Jessica's exquisite gown

We also made Jonathan a sample boutonniere to match his Bride's bouquet
Suggestions for the Top Table and Guest Tables were also created all with a rustic country feel

Last Thursday we'd arranged for Jessica to come into the studio to have her Floral Crown created with her, this is such a joyous thing to do and it ensures the head dress fits perfectly, taking all of the worry out of choosing a fresh flower hair piece.

On Saturday morning 'Little Lily' (Our brand new trainee florist) and I headed off to Clitheroe to present the Bridal Bouquets to our Bride and her Bridesmaids, they were getting ready at a great place 'Boutique Fifty One & a Half'
Jessica's gorgeous wedding bouquet included fresh Succulents, Spirea, Panicum, Chasmanthium, Eryngium, Scabious Seed Heads, Eryngium, Blonde Hypericum, Roses; Sweet Avalanche, Quicksand, Mentha, Golden Mustard, Snowflake, Evelyn and Avalanche with a plethora of fresh Herbs and Eucalyptus
I showed everyone how to carry their bouquets perfectly
