The Country Wedding Day of Will & Jess at St Michael's & The Inn at Whitewell

Such a smashing wedding this one, I have thoroughly enjoyed getting to know this gorgeous couple and Jess's lovely Mum, I loved finding out about their plans for a magical countryside wedding over at The Inn at Whitewell.
I loved their fabulous Mood Board, it really helped to inspire us to create some designs, specifically created with all of Jess & Will's thoughts and considerations taken in to account.
The sample wedding bouquet included a collection of Roses in muted shades with fresh Lily of the Valley, Eryngium Thistle, Eucalyptus, Thalaspi and grasses
We'd co-ordinated a couple of ideas for this table design it was raised on a verdi gris cast iron Bird Bath with a hurricane lamp in the centre surrounded by a glorious array of fresh flowers in shades to compliment the bridal colours
Tall elegant vases were decided on for the tables in the centre of the marquee, we also decided to change a few things for the actual wedding, we swapped the blue Eryngium to grey Eryngium and the Blue Delphinium to white Delphinium
A Cast Iron design and a Pew End posy all sample designs created for Jess & Pat to see and make decisions on
We also made a sample Boutonniere too

Chloe and I headed out bright and early with a van full of fresh flowers, one of our first jobs was a happy one, the 'big reveal' presenting the Bridal bouquets to the bridal party, one of my favourite parts of the wedding day.

Our beautiful Bride the lovely Jess along with her Bridesmaids were treated to our 'Flower Design Wedding Bouquet Carrying Lesson'

We had the huge pleasure of working with the completely lovely and super talented Lucy Tanner, she was busy capturing all of the magic
The Bridal party were all getting ready in one of the beautiful suites at The Inn at Whitewell
The wedding bouquet I created for Jess was truly heavenly, it was exquisitely perfumed with fresh Lily of the Valley and sweet scented English Garden Roses, dancing grasses Chasmanthium Latifolia, Thalaspi, Eucalyptus, Senecio, Roses in shades of Coffee, Creams, Buttermilk, Nude and Caramel, Albiflora, Astrantia, silver grey Eryngium and Hydrangeas

Chloe and I headed next door to the lovely little country Church of St Michael's
We'd dressed the Lych Gate with fresh flowers on either side and candlelit lanterns

Swags of glorious English country blooms decorated both sides of the Lytch gate we included fresh Delphiniums, Stocks, Roses and Hydrangeas, fragrant Eucalyptus, Rosemary and Mint

A garland of fresh flowers framed the arch over the front door of Church

Roses, Hydrangeas, Dahlias and Stocks were used to create the arch way

Our fragrant luscious Bay trees were surrounded by Ferns and looked perfect on either side of the front door of Church

Collections of candelit lanterns and fresh Rose Petals provided a warm welcome

Just inside the porch we'd arranged more lanterns along side posies of fresh flowers

The heavenly little posies included a fresh and fragrant collection of Roses, Dahlias and Hydrangeas
Stocks, Viburnum Opulus, Hydrangeas and Roses
At the foot of the aisle is a small font which was the perfect home for the Hurricane Lamp design
Posies of fresh flowers dressed each alternate Pew End lining the aisle

The two stone pedestals at the head of the aisle were filled with white Delphiniums, Stocks, Roses, Dahlias, Viburnum Opulus, Hydrangeas and foliages

Posies of fresh flowers and candles dressed the windowsills around the church

We lined up the Boutonnieres just inside the porch ready to pin them on the important guests as they arrived

Our Bride Groom's rather special Boutonniere featured Lily of the Valley, Roses, Eryngium, Delphinium & Hydrangea florets
Each Boutonniere was quite unique but created from the same flower palette as the Bridal Bouquets

The celebrations moved to the fabulous Marquee at The Inn at Whitewell
The dining tables were dressed with a combination of high and low table designs

Tall elegant vases topped with floral explosions looked perfect on the tables in the centre of the marquee where the roof was highest

Posies of fresh flowers and candlelit votives dressed the table top around the base of the table vase

Posies of fresh flowers in urns with candlesticks and Succulents dressed some of the tables
