The Spectacularly Magnificent Wedding Day of Rebecca & Craig Law at St Mary & All Saints Church & Mitton Hall

It's official, I love these two, Craig is my number one favourite Groom for 2016 (so far). We all loved their mood board, loved their ideas and adored all of the meetings we have had with them. We first met them almost two years ago, back then the big day was only a twinkle in their eyes, the Church wasn't booked and ideas hadn't been properly formulated, so we got back together again in February 2015 and then again in March 2016 and with their mood board in April 2016, in fact we got together every time Craig was home, and sometimes when he wasn't Rebecca even modelled some wedding bouquets for us at a Wedding Open Day in May, to say we are going to miss them both ridiculously is an understatement!!!xxx
By June we were ready to present the sample designs to the 'Love Birds'
Bird Cages featured on their mood board quite a bit so it was essential we included them in the designs
Bird Cages along the Top Table sample design too
Tall Flower Bombs, (in the final design less foliage was decided on for both this and the wedding bouquet)
Rebecca's lovely wedding bouquet sample

At long last the big day finally arrived and Chloe, Jason and I (a rare treat to spend the day with my hubby!!!xxx) headed off to Mitton Hall to track down our Bride and her Bridesmaids who were busy getting even more beautified by the brilliant Phoebe from Flossy & Leigh & Mairead from Wedlocks Bridal Hair
The lovely and super talented Mairead doing what she does best
Phoebe was making our Bride even more gorgeous
I handed over the wedding bouquet to our beautiful Bride

and her lovely Bridesmaids
I showed this bevvy of beauty how to carry their bouquets perfectly

Jason, Chloe & I headed off to St Mary & All Saint's Church in Whalley to set up the flowers for the wedding ceremony
Both the front door and the side door were dressed with our Flower Design Signature Floral Hearts
To the left of the front door Rebecca's Mum's Bike was dressed with a floral C & R
A Small floral heart with the Bike set a mid a drift of fresh Rose Petals

The floral hearts included glorious fresh Dahlias
Fresh English Garden Roses
Beautiful Pink Peonies

Inside this magnificent and historic Church, we'd placed two huge Urns filled with a plethora of fresh English Garden Flowers
Fresh Delphiniums, Larkspur, Roses, Stocks, Peonies and Hydrangeas looked wonderful in this ancient Church
Two swags of fresh flowers dressed the internal arch

Posies of Stocks, English Garden Roses, Dahlias, Astrantia, Pepper Mint, Eucalyptus and Grasses dressed each alternate pew end lining the aisle

The side entrance was the door the Guests would be using and also the door our Bride & Groom would be leaving from, so we'd dressed it again with one of our Floral Hearts

As the guests entered the Church using the side entrance a fabulous floral pedestal greeted them just inside the Church

We lined up all of the boutonnieres ready to pin them on the Bride Groom and all of his party as they arrived.
The Bride Groom's special Boutonniere featured a white Patience Rose with a small white Peony, together with Waxflower Blossom, Astrantia and Eucalyptus

A Miranda Rose Boutonniere
A Mentha Rose Boutonniere
A Sweet Avalanche Rose Boutonniere
Silver Lace Rose Corsage
The two Mum's Corsages
First to have his rather special boutonniere pinned to his lapel was our super handsome Bride Groom the lovely Craig

The Bride Groom's Boutonniere of a White Patience Rose with a White Peony Boutonniere was finished off with polka dot ribbon to match his pocket square and bow tie
Chloe & I pinned on all of the boutonnieres and corsages ensuring each one was positioned perfectly

The Bridesmaids were next to arrive looking heavenly, their bouquets were created as smaller versions of the Brides Bouquet

Mairead and put fresh flowers in the Bridesmaid's hair which looked fabulous
Rebecca looked absolutely breathtakingly beautiful, Rebecca was wearing a Madeline Garner NY gown called Coco from the great folks at Amelias Bridal

Rebecca's Wedding Bouquet was sumptuous, a relaxed style in no particular shape, created using a collection of perfumed garden Roses, Peonies, Astrantia, Peppermint, Thalaspi, Eucalyptus, Hostas and Albiflora in shades of pink, lilacs and silver greys

Our beautiful Bride was being 'given away' by her super proud Dad Andrew

Huge Congratulations to Craig & Rebecca from all of the team here at Flower Design Events

Recording all of the magic was the fabulous Rebecca Reville & James Jebson

The Groom's men were handing out fresh Rose Petal Confetti as the guests left from the front door

Whilst celebrations continued outside Church our intrepid team headed off to Mitton Hall where the Bike had taken up a brand new residence outside the front door and the two floral hearts framed the front door.
The fabulous Bride's Mum

The Floral Hearts look fabulous outside Mitton Hall
The Bridesmaid's Bouquets looked perfect with their grey gowns

Inside the porch leading to the party room at Mitton Hall fresh flowers dressed the two stone benches
The Party Room looked so magical dressed with a combination of high and low table designs
The Seating plan looked so stylish we'd dressed it with a swag of fresh flowers all of the stunning stationery was done by the lovely Ellie from Silk Beau
The tall elegant table designs were set on glass columns inside we'd placed a small Bird Cage filled with Roses and Gypsophilia to continue the theme

More Floral Hearts dressed the area behind the Top Table

The Top Table looked fabulous dressed with a series of Baroque style Birdcages, Posies of fresh flowers, Rose, Gold, Gold and glass candle votives all set on mirrors

The Baroque style Birdcages looked fabulous as a low alternative to the taller table vases
