Buttercup Yellow and Ivory for Colin & Gemma's Wedding at Bartle Hall
"Oh what a lovely day!" to quote a line from "Chitty Chitty..." this day had all of the magic and wonderment of that brilliant movie, the colours were so vibrant, the Bride so beautiful and the Groom so handsome, the venue one of our favourites and the weather was perfect too!!!

Olivia and I found our Bride and her entourage having their hair and make up done in one of the lovely suites at the brilliant Bartle Hall
Our gorgeous Bride the lovely Gemma with her stunning Bridal Bouquet of gloriously golden Roses
I included an plethora of luscious Roses in shades of lemon and ivory, David Austin's Patience Rose took centre stage surrounded by Illios, Artemis, Creme de la Creme, Avalanche, Sphinx and lots more besides
The Bridesmaids bouquets were a smaller version of the bridal Bouquet

Outside the scene was set in the Parklands Pagoda with the path way lined by candlelit lanterns and fragrant Rose Petals

We decided to pin on the boutonnieres outside in the garden
The boutonnieres included a cluster of Roses, September Flowers and Thalaspi tied with lace and Ribbon, each one was slightly different the rest
